The Importance of Knowing Where You Have Been, Where You Are and Where You Are Going…

Lydia trained in Business Administration and IT within a large corporate organisation from 1997 to 2001. She found it initially interesting to be involved in the intricacies of running a successful business, however soon found it to be very unrewarding, wanting instead to work in an environment where she could make a discernible difference to a person’s life in some capacity.

She started working for the NHS as a Medical Secretary in the X-ray department of Bournemouth Hospital in 2001,  and was promoted to Office Manager in 2002.

In 2005 she left to raise her family, although continued to provide secretarial and book-keeping services from home. She returned to the NHS providing Urgent Care administrative support in 2012, alongside the running of her busy family home life.

In 2016 she completed an ‘Advanced Sports and Exercise Nutritional Advisor’ Professional Diploma in order to expand her knowledge in the Sports Nutrition Field.  She has always been interested in keeping herself fit, understanding the importance of a healthy diet and regular exercise.
