MBChB MRCGP
Throughout my career as a General Practitioner, I have developed a deep understanding of men’s health. As the only male GP in my practice, I work closely with male patients daily, addressing the unique challenges they face – both in general healthcare and in areas often overlooked, like hormonal health.
Through both personal experience and professional practice, I have witnessed firsthand the shortcomings of the NHS when it comes to diagnosing and treating testosterone deficiency. Discovering the benefits of Testosterone Replacement Therapy has been truly transformative for me, and I am passionate about helping other men regain their health, confidence, and well-being through evidence-based treatment.
I live and breathe the lifestyle encouraged by The Men’s Health Clinic and have personally experienced the profound impact these changes can have.
Outside of medicine, my three children keep me on my toes, and when I’m not spending time with them, you’ll likely find me outdoors – whether in the woods, paddleboarding with my two collies, or, when the opportunity arises, exploring the mountains.
In the midst of winter, I found there was, within me, an invincible summer.
And that makes me happy. For it says that no matter how hard the world pushes against me, within me, there’s something stronger – something better, pushing right back. - Albert Camus
It’s this realisation I hope to help men achieve and, like I did, experience a marked improvement in both physical and mental health.
The Androgen Deficiency in Aging Males (ADAM) questionnaire is an internationally accredited assessment tool which is often used by doctors when making the assessment and diagnosis of Testosterone Deficiency. It consists of 10 questions that help determine if you could be suffering from low testosterone, and whether or not further testing and follow up are indicated.
