In modern society, we are facing a growing epidemic of health-related conditions, many of which are directly linked to obesity. These include type 2 diabetes, metabolic syndrome, cardiovascular disease, depression, and a reduced life expectancy. The impact of excess weight on both physical and mental health cannot be overstated, and it’s clear that the traditional approach to weight loss—simply “eat less, move more”—is not enough for many individuals.

At our clinic, we understand that losing weight is not just a physical challenge, but an emotional and psychological journey as well. It requires more than just willpower; it’s about creating lasting, positive changes in the way you approach food and your overall lifestyle. We recognise the frustration that can come with struggling to shed excess weight, especially when the solutions seem elusive.

That’s why we offer a bespoke weight loss service that is tailored to your unique needs. Our approach is centred around Mounjaro® (Tirzepatide), an innovative, UK-licensed prescription medication designed to support sustainable weight management in adults. Whether you’re male or female, our program aims to help you regain control of your health, address the root causes of weight gain, and work towards a healthier, more confident version of yourself.

Let us partner with you on your journey to better health, using proven, science-backed methods that go beyond the typical one-size-fits-all solutions.

Understanding your results

Your Body Mass Index (BMI) is a useful screening tool that helps assess whether your weight is within a healthy range based on your height. However, it is important to remember that BMI is a general guideline and does not account for factors such as muscle mass, bone density, or fat distribution.

If your BMI indicates that you are overweight or obese, making positive lifestyle changes can significantly improve your health. A balanced diet, regular exercise, adequate sleep, and stress management all play a key role in maintaining a healthy weight.

Who is Mounjaro NOT Suitable For?:

Mounjaro is not suitable for everyone. The following conditions or situations contraindicate its use:

How Much Does Mounjaro Cost?:

The pen itself is very simple to use, and the needles are very small so it’s relatively pain-free.

Treatment starts at a low dose and then increases every four weeks. When you first start using Mounjaro, the starting dose is 2.5 mg, once a week, for four weeks. The dose will then be increased after every four weeks until you reach the recommended dose of 15 mg a week.

Blood Tests

Recommended Blood Testing:

If you are considering weight-loss medication, a metabolic-focused blood panel is recommended (but not mandatory), to evaluate your overall metabolic health, assess for potential contraindications, and establish baseline markers to monitor progress and safety.

As a baseline, these tests provide a holistic view of metabolic health, identifying conditions such as:

      • Insulin resistance or prediabetes
      • Thyroid dysfunction
      • Dyslipidaemia
      • Hormonal imbalances
      • Inflammatory states
      • Liver dysfunction

If you are already taking weight-loss medication, regular monitoring helps to ensure continued safety, assess the medication’s effectiveness, and track overall metabolic health.

For monitoring purposes, these tests will help:

Monitor the effects of weight-loss medication on your metabolic markers.

Detect potential side effects like liver or kidney dysfunction, nutrient deficiencies, or hormonal changes.

Ensure you are on track to achieve your weight-loss goals safely, while maintaining overall health.

Metabolic Health Plus: £179
